Siddha herbal remedies is highly regarded in India due to its effective healing properties. The Siddha herbal medicines is the formulation of herbs and minerals by enlightened mystics, the Siddhars. The knowledge and formulation of the Siddha medicines have been passed on for thousands of years, Guru to disciple. This led to the secrecy behind many Siddha medicines. Some of the herbs used by the Siddhas are rare and the formulation requires unique processing techniques.
