- Q. U.S. shipping charges
A. We charge $3.99 per pound for shipping. For every additional pound we charge $2.00. We ship by USPS First Class/Priority.
Depending on destination, occasionally the rates need adjusting. Our products are mentioned, generally, as one pound each and therefore, we will need to adjust the shipping costs sometimes to reflect the actuals. You will be notified by phone or email and we will send your order out once we get confirmation from you.

If we are out of stock, we will inform you. We will not charge you until the item/s is shipped.
- Q. Shipping within USA/Canada
A. Shipping rates are extra for Canada through shipped through USPS.
We normally ship exclusively by USPS first class or priority with delivery confirmation for orders within USA.
For Canada, we ship through USPS International Priority and we will have the customs no of USPS for your reference.
If you wish for expedited shipping please mention this at the check out point. We will revert back to you with the additional cost and after your confirmation, then ship it for you.
- Q. International Shipping Rates
A. Any country other than contingent USA will be deemed international, i.e, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will be deemed within USA. Canada will not be.
Shipping and handling varies for international orders- country to country. We will get back to you with the confirmed shipping rates and reconfirm the order with you.
- Q. PayPal: How to?
A. We accept Paypal payments though Paypal is not integrated into the shopping cart system. To make payment by Paypal- proceed to the check out on wwww.sensitiveplanet.com and utilize the amount information (i.e, product rate, shipping amount, tax if applicable) on your Paypal detail scetion as you pay by Paypal. A. The shopping cart is simple. When you want to purchase an item, click the "buy" button at the bottom of the product. That product will then be added to your shopping cart. After adding the product to your shopping cart, just follow the instructions that appear at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

A. We offer free shipping for some products - for within USA. We do not offer free shipping for international orders. Our shipping rates are however lower for those products that are offered as free shipping within USA.

- Q. Returns and exhange
A. For orders within United States:
For retail sales: If you're not satisfied with any product you order from Sensitive Planet, just return it in unused condition within 30 days of receiving it (along with a copy of your receipt) for an exchange, refund, or store credit. This policy does not apply however to any item made specially for you.
If the item you're returning is defective or not what is listed on your invoice, Sensitive Planet will reimburse your shipping costs to send it back to us.
Specially made items: Also note that custom made products or products imported specifically for you from India (Rudraksha section) items cannot be returned.
For wholesale sales: No returns
There are no returns on our wholesale orders. We recommend that you first purchase a single or couple of units and satisfy yourself with the product before placing your order on wholesale quantities with us.
For orders outside the continental United States:
The policy is the same as with continental US orders, except that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred (unless the wrong item was delivered or the item is defective).

A. To become a wholesaler, all you will need to do is to go to the particular product wholesale page, following the menu on the left, and place your order. You will be prompted to enter to resale number initially as you create an account with us.

A. We're sorry, but our store is on-line and there is no paper catalog at this time.
However, if you are a wholesaler and wish more specific info on any product we wholesale- please request for info and we are happy to let you know more about our special and unique products.
