When the food we eat is balanced and vegetarian, our body and mind thrives while nurturing our soul. Food then becomes medicinal. While vegetarian food is recommended for health, it is challenging in the West to eat in a healthy manner as it tends to over indulge in soy, cheese & wheat.
The objective of this section is to provide a balanced, healthy, economical and time/efficient solution to eating vegetarian food.

Sesame oil is used extensively in South Indian cooking. For thousands of years, it was observed to bring many health benefits. In fact, the word 'ennai' that means oil in Tamil language has its roots in the Tamil words "eL" and "nei", which mean sesame and fat.
